Annual Operating Fund
Keep the work alive and accessible.
Our Operating Fund supports the everyday essentials that bring our programs to life: skilled and caring staff, wilderness permits, equipment, transportation, risk management, and the administrative resources that make meaningful experiences possible.
It also supports one of our deepest commitments: making programs accessible across financial circumstances. Each year, we offer nearly $50,000 in equity-based financial aid for youth programs and a sliding scale for adult programs, made possible by the generosity of our donors.
Gifts to the Operating Fund sustain the people, resources, and relationships that make Journeys possible.
Endowment Fund

Launched in 2025, our Endowment Fund is an investment in Journeys’ long-term resilience. Like the roots of a forest, an endowment builds strength and stability over time, helping support the organization's mission for generations to come.
